In May 2025, fifty women—symbolizing jubilee, freedom, and renewal—gathered for the inaugural Breakthrough Season Woman Convening, a sacred mountaintop experience at The Art of Living Retreat Center in Boone, North Carolina.

 

The Breakthrough Season: Acknowledge. Act. Achieve. Convening is a transformative 2.5-day experience designed for women ages 35 to 65 who are ready to pause, reflect, heal, and move boldly into their next season. Rooted in sisterhood and intentional growth, the convening creates space for deep self-reflection, meaningful connection, and personal breakthrough.

 

Through immersive sessions, mindfulness practices, prayer, and intentional dialogue, participants identified their breakthrough moments, confronted limiting beliefs, and developed clear, actionable plans for the future. Each woman left renewed and empowered—equipped with practical tools, a personalized action plan, an accountability partner, and the confidence to live her best life with clarity and purpose.

 

Convening Journey

Day One — Acknowledge

Participants were grounded in the purpose of the convening, invited to define their personal breakthroughs, and welcomed into a nurturing environment of sisterhood, rest, and reflection.

 

Day Two — Act

The focus shifted to clarity and action. Women defined goals, addressed mental and emotional barriers, and gained practical strategies to move forward—strengthened by connection and collective support.

 

Day Three — Achieve

The final day reinforced breakthroughs and empowered participants to sustain their growth beyond the convening. The experience concluded with a meaningful celebration of sisterhood, transformation, and shared commitment to living fully and intentionally.
